We are looking for enthusiastic, friendly, and reliable individuals to join our growing Tearistas team!
Key Responsibilities
- Opening and closing the shop in accordance with franchise procedures.
- Preparing and serving bubble tea, specialty beverages, and other menu items with consistency and attention to detail
- Operating the till, processing transactions, and handling cash accurately.
- Greeting customers, taking orders, and providing a friendly and welcoming experience.
- Maintaining excellent product knowledge and assisting customers with menu selections.
- Receiving, checking, and storing deliveries appropriately.
- Replenishing ingredients, packaging, and shop supplies throughout shifts.
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, food safety, and hygiene in all customer and back-of-house areas.
- Cleaning and sanitising equipment, preparation areas, and customer seating areas.
- Following all health and safety, food hygiene, and franchise operating procedures.

Purchasing and Sourcing Manager - 1 Vacancy
The Purchasing & Sourcing Manager will be responsible for the procurement of all goods and equipment. The successful candidate will manage high-value vendor relationships, and ensure that procurement activities drive profitability while adhering to strict franchise and professional standards.
- Manage the critical relationship with the T4 Franchisor, ensuring 100% compliance with brand-mandated sourcing for core ingredients (tea leaves, specialized syrups, toppings).
- Oversee the procurement and maintenance contracts for technical beverage equipment, including high-precision brewing systems and espresso technology.
- Scout and vet local suppliers for non-core perishables (e.g., dairy, fresh produce) to ensure premium quality at competitive rates.
- Lead high-stakes negotiations for group-wide service contracts, including retail utilities, professional indemnity insurance for logistics/shipping agreements.
- Draft, review, and finalize binding contract documents with vendors, ensuring favorable payment terms and robust service level agreements (SLAs).
- Monitor market trends and raw material price fluctuations (e.g., sugar, packaging) to hedge against costs and protect gross margins.
- Design and oversee rigorous quality control protocols for incoming goods to maintain the premium T4 brand reputation.
- Manage the disposal or redistribution of surplus materials and assets to minimize waste.
- Manage the annual procurement budget, providing regular spend-analysis reports to the Directors.
What we are looking for:
- Education: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven track record in senior-level procurement, ideally within a franchise or professional services environment.
- Expert-level negotiation, contract law familiarity, and the ability to manage complex supply chains across multiple geographic locations.

Marketing Manager - 1 Vacancy
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead and execute our marketing strategy, strengthen brand awareness, and drive customer growth across multiple channels. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative marketing campaigns, managing digital and traditional marketing activities, analysing market trends, and identifying opportunities to increase sales and customer engagement.
- Oversee all marketing activities to increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth.
- Develop and implement marketing, advertising, and social media strategies aligned with company objectives and franchise brand guidelines.
- Promote new tea brands, seasonal drinks, flavour blends, and limited-edition products through online and in-store campaigns.
- Plan, coordinate, and manage the launch of new products, including promotional activities, launch timelines, and performance targets.
- Monitor marketing performance, customer trends, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Work closely with franchise operations teams and senior management to ensure consistent branding and effective campaign execution.
- Prepare marketing reports, budgets, and campaign performance analysis using KPIs such as sales growth, engagement, and return on investment.
- Liaise with external agencies, designers, printers, and suppliers to produce marketing materials and advertising content.
- Support new store openings and franchise expansion through targeted local marketing and promotional campaigns.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in marketing, social media management, hospitality, food & beverage, retail, or franchise operations.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms and trending tools.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
